1. Publicity: Participants grant Coal Hospitality Private Limited the right to use their name, photograph, and other relevant information for promotional and publicity purposes.

○ Participants in this contest shall be solely responsible for any consequences that may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person or entity, and they undertake to indemnify Coal Barbecues Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates on the happening of such an event.
○ This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, covering the cost of legal representation, attorney fees, legal charges, and any other expenses incurred by Coal Barbecues or its representatives in defending against claims or actions related to copyright or intellectual property rights infringement arising from the participant's submissions or actions in this contest.
○ Participants acknowledge that Coal barbecues is not responsible for verifying the originality or legality of the slogans or any content submitted as part of the contest. Any such issues that may arise shall be the sole responsibility of the participant, and Coal Barbecues shall not be held liable for any legal or financial consequences thereof.

3. Coal Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

4. Coal Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at its discretion without prior notice.

5. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and court of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
